Small guesthouse at the end of a green alley where everything is fast forward and uncomplicated. I have been here also last year and I find it convenient for short stays in Bangkok due to its location. The rooms are small but clean, comfy bed, working AC and very convenient check-in and check-out at any time. The staff is polite and helpful, plus they offer baggage dropoff if needed. The checkout time is a convenient 12. Comolimentary coffee, tea and water are available in they small cozy terrace with a few tables and chairs which makes the space convenient for a bite or email checking, etc. I will be back.
