I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a disastrous experience at BANGCHAK Skytrain Dental Clinic. The customer service is abysmal, and they prioritize reputation over resolving issues. Despite our negative feedback, they've consistently harassed us to remove the comment instead of addressing the problem. They're more concerned with maintaining a flawless online image than providing decent care and service. It's unacceptable that they're more invested in silencing customers than making things right. Until they acknowledge and improve their customer service, I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. Fix the issue with your customers first before you start harassing them. If you can not accept any feedback and you are used to writing fake reviews by taking the customers' phones, then this is a wake-up call for your clinic.

*Avoid BANGCHAK Skytrain Dental Clinic at All Costs!* I had the misfortune of visiting BANGCHAK Skytrain Dental Clinic, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The front staff were completely uncooperative, refusing to let us consult with the doctor and instead trying to offer their own unqualified advice. The dentist's incompetence was staggering, failing to properly install brackets that required subsequent corrections. But the real kicker was when the front staff tried to "consult" us instead of letting the doctor fix his own mistake! The customer service was abysmal, and the billing was equally shady. They quoted us one price initially, only to change it every month, making it feel like blatant false advertising. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dental clinic. The incompetence and disregard for patients' needs are staggering. As for the management please look into this!! And here is another pointer they take your phone to write a positive google review on their page. Which is why there are so many 5 star reviews. I know this because they did this to me.
