I had a fantastic stay at Bangkok City Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—5 stars for being right in the heart of the action and making it easy to get around the city. The rooms and service were both very good (solid 4 stars); the staff was helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable for my trip. Overall, it’s an excellent value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and reliable spot in Bangkok!

A decent, competitively priced hotel in the city centre near Ratchathewi BTS station. The room was clean and spacious, we also loved the indoor pool on the fifth floor. The doors have no soundproofing but as our room was at the very end of the corridor, we were not bothered by any sounds from the common areas. The noise from the outside (there's road work in front of the hotel) was also minimal. The hotel offers breakfast with good variety but unfortunately there is no separate breakfast area apart from the lobby and the food was below my expectations for food in Thailand (but by no means bad or insufficient). For the price I got, I would definitely consider staying there again.

“Good for long stay” Hotel had self laundry washing machine and dryer on 7th and 17th floor which is bemeficial for our family of 3 adults. Easy to find halal food nearby hotel. Due to road construction in front of hotel up to Ratchathewi BTS station, we found an alternative road, Phetchaburi 12 for better access to train stn. The same road also leads to Jim Thompson House, passing thru local community homes. Simple hotel with budget pricing. ps: bring your owm toothbrush cos its not provided.

Bad experience They have no customer rights and not helpful for guests. If you have very small mistakes that can neglect will make you big mistakes infront of them and not help you . They want deposits and charges only. You can’t even do spelling mistake in your booking.The problem is just like that, my booking was done by my friend but he can’t join the vacation .When i arrived they didn’t want to let me stay there coz of booking name even i show my sis’s passport photo and booking reference
