The Cardiac Critical Care Unit has taken excellent care of my father. There is a large amount of staff always monitoring the patients, & nurses are very kind and attentive. Doctors speak English fluently - they have have been very good about explaining procedures & patient with all our questions. Dr Chumpol is very caring - he & Dr Vira clearly have a high level of experience and expertise in their field. We are very grateful for everyone's help.

My dad underwent CABG surgery here, and overall the care was excellent. Dr. Vitoon and his team performed the surgery well and truly saved my dad’s life. We are very grateful for their work. The nurses on the cardiac floor 5H and CCU1 were kind and attentive, and Khun Chamaiphan was supportive too. However, on the day of the operation, the nurse in charge from CCU1 did not call our family to see the patient after he came out of the OR. We waited for two hours in front of the CCU1 feeling concerned, anxious, worried, and uneasy. It was the most disappointing two hours of my life. Aside from that experience, we appreciate the dedication and hard work of the doctors, nurses, and staff.

The online service team was helpful and understood my needs well. The checkup packages were reasonably priced. The nurses were polite and attentive, and the hospital facilities were excellent, with convenient food and shopping options. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.
