Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit

Stayed at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit for about a week in total, split before and after a trip up to Chiang Mai, and it was a very solid experience overall. The hotel arranged airport transfers for us both ways. One pickup ran slightly late, but the driver was still professional and everything was handled smoothly once he arrived. Service across the board was excellent. The doormen were particularly great and even looked after our bags for a full week while we traveled upcountry, which made the logistics of the trip much easier. The concierge team also deserves a mention. They managed to secure last minute ringside tickets for my wife at a Muay Thai fight on Valentine’s Day. That saved us the hassle of dealing with ticket agents and turned into a memorable night. Food was mostly positive. The breakfast buffet wasn’t really my thing, but the cake shop in the foyer was excellent and the rooftop restaurant is well worth a visit. The wagyu was outstanding and the giant river prawn was genuinely massive. The location is also a big plus. It’s right next to the Thong Lo BTS Station, which makes getting around the city easy, and it’s within walking distance of a few excellent record stores if you’re into digging for vinyl. Overall the service, convenience, and staff made this an easy place to stay. I would definitely use it again next time we’re back in Bangkok.

I love this hotel. Every time i’m in Thailand I also stay here. I stayed in the hotel and apartment. It’s so convenient. Good service. Nice place. It’s is the heart of Bangkok so I can go anyplace quite easy. The BTS station in front of the hotel. It’s good for everyone want to go anyplace. 🥰❤️ The spa inside the hotel is the best. I enjoy it. ☺️ it makes me feel so relaxed after massage. The massage therapist’s hands are so smooth and soft like a baby’s skin. 🤭 it impressed me.

I cannot recommend the Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit enough. The ambience here is simply outstanding—modern, luxurious, and vibrant, exactly what you want for a Bangkok stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff attentiveness. The service was flawless from start to finish, warm and professional. A massive thank you to Chef Fred and Chef Bhatia for their incredible personal attention to all guests; it really elevated the dining experience. The food was fantastic overall, but I have to give a special mention to Chef Bhatia for the delicious local Thai mangoes—such a thoughtful and tasty touch! It is rare to see such dedication to guest feedback. If you are looking for great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and a team that truly cares, this is the place to be.
