About

Mid-range hotel on a quieter Sukhumvit stretch, away from BTS foot traffic, that works well for guests who drive or rely on ride-hailing. Rooms are comfortably sized for the price, front desk staff are helpful, and two 7-Elevens sit right downstairs.

The hotel is not very close to the MRT, and there isn’t much to do within walking distance—mostly office buildings. The plus point is that there are two 7-Eleven stores right downstairs. Staff were friendly and the hotel exterior was acceptable. Room cleanliness could be improved, as there were some leftover hairs, though it didn’t cause major issues. Soundproofing is very poor—you can clearly hear conversations from nearby rooms, corridor noise, elevator sounds, and doors closing, especially after midnight when many guests were still awake. After reporting the issue, the hotel did speak to the noisy guests, and things improved.

This is a nice-looking hotel located in a pretty ulu area. Pricing is reasonable, especially for the room size and overall comfort. It’s a good option if you drive or plan to Grab everywhere, every day, every time, as there isn’t much within walking distance. The place is generally quiet, which is great if you’re looking for a peaceful stay. The bed was very big and comfortable, and I liked that the toilet had separate wet and dry areas — always a plus. However, the main downside was the security. You can access almost any floor (except the 2nd floor) without tapping your room key, which didn’t feel very reassuring. One night, there was a drunk person going up and down our corridor making loud noises. That experience made us extra cautious and we had to make sure the door was properly closed and locked at all times. Overall, a decent stay with good comfort and pricing, but security measures definitely need to be improved for better peace of mind.

To stat with the location - its not the best. We stayed in better areas. There is nothing around the hotel and you definitely need to rent a scooter if you stay here. The room itself was clean. However, the bathroom is not separate from the room and its like the toilet is next to the bed - there is kind of a wall but its not to the top so you can basically hear everything which is not nice. Absolutely unacceptable, i don’t know how it’s even possible to have such a “bathroom”. Friendly and helpful staff thought.

Rooms didn't feel clean. Pillow cases 1 pillow case looked more gray than the other pillow case. Bathtub is so high that it is so hard to get in for a shower. You can easily slip if you try to get out. Bad idea for senior citizens. Not close to anything except 711. Every restaurant or shop is at least a 30 to 45min walk. With traffice, it becomes easily an hour from everything significant to go to. There are so many better options in BKK.

.2 “Not for me ” I was supposed to stay here for 9 days but I left after one. I have to say the staff was quite friendly upon arrival and gave us a free upgrade to a big room with a big bed. But the moment we came into the hotel it was very warm and stuffy. But I still had hope that it was only the entrance because its a class building. When we went up to our room the hallway smelled really bad and our room had a weird smell too. My partner has asthma and kept on sneezing all night long, the air quality is just really bad. And the room itself wasn’t that clean too. The sheets had some sports and the shower curtain was dirty and old. I feel like the hotel needs way better ventilation and some new basic furniture… after one night I had to change hotels because my partner felt really sick. The hotel offered to give me some night back but not all, after a whole morning discussing and calling Agoda together we had agree on a pay back amount and could go to a new hotel… I mean if you’re just here to party and sleep I think the hotel is fine but if you want a place to feel at ease, and at home then don’t book this hotel.. especially people with long conditions don’t go here.
