I had an incredible experience with Bangkok Plastic Surgery for my breast surgery. I actually found this clinic last minute before flying to Bangkok, and I feel so lucky that I did. From the very beginning, their team responded incredibly fast and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. It made me feel safe and confident choosing them even before I arrived in Thailand. The prices were very reasonable and affordable, but the service and care I received felt truly premium. I especially want to thank Miss Tak, the manager, who was absolutely amazing. She arranged transportation for me as a special customer and helped coordinate everything smoothly. She explained every detail of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience. The clinic itself was very clean, modern, and well organized. The whole team was friendly and supportive throughout my surgery journey. A big thank you to Mr. Pichet and the entire medical team for helping me achieve my dream breast surgery. I’m so grateful for their care and expertise. Excellent care and staff, providing superb after care, with an outstanding team of nurses. All the staff and medical team were friendly, helpful, but professional. I underwent a scrotal skin graft vaginaplasty with full orchiectomy. Now this is a complex and lengthy operation, but all pre-op checks were thorough, including chest x-ray, ECG (EKG), and interview with psychiatrist/Phycologist and all included in package. The operation seemed to go well, and spent 4 days in the clinic recovering, and looked after by nurse team. Then, well for me, when all the dressings came off and packing removed, I had suffered greater than usual swelling, above normal, but was reassured by the Surgeon, everything would be OK. Which it was :) I had to wait for 2 weeks of recovery from Initial operation and general anaesthetic, but was then taken back under for corrective surgery, to correct my adverse swelling. This was all included and was to provide the results I had expected and the Dr had reassured me that they would be. This surgery was basically a Libia-Plasty, to ensure a better natural looking result, and to reduce where the swelling that was in excess. The dressings came off the same day, but redressed for the night, to avoid any chances of infection. The next day, everything was removed, and the results were much more pleasing and as expected. I was certified fit to fly, as my flights home were just the next day. On return to UK. I got myself re-checked by medical team, just for my own peace of mind, and to ensure I was following correct care procedures. I was comforted to find out everything did look good, no signs of possible infections, and the care plan given was robust, and I had nothing to worry about. So all in all, a great service provided, with a good outcome, great after care, and was given great advice to follow on returning home, to keep healthy and recover well. I would recommend the BPS clinic to friends and others who are looking for advice. I can not say enough positive things about BPS! From the first text message, months out, to the surgery day, and all through recovery - I felt lots of comfort and peace about the surgery. I know have had 3 surgeries with them (breast enlargement and lipedema removal surgery). I fly from America just because the service is always 5 star! Tak, one of the nurses answers every one of my text messages and questions! She always makes sure my pain is managed, when I am nerves - she calms me, and makes sure that all travel back and forth is smooth. She prepares enough supplies so that once you leave the country, you have everything you need. All of the nurses there take the BEST care of you. I needed to wash my hair and I could not and they did it + blow dried it for me?!? You will NEVER find this care anywhere else. Dr. Pichet will answer all of my text messages with question months before surgery and months after surgery. He truly cares about each of his patients and does an amazing job! The driver that takes you back and forth to the hotel is top notch. Always on time, a great driver, and he would stop and let me get a smoothie on the way home! I would recommend Bangkok Plastic Surgery to anyone! 5 STARS!
