We stayed for 3 nights and it was totally worth it. Their rooms are clean and well maintained. Their manager and receptionist are very accommodating and nice. We needed some documents for our visa and they happily helped us with the printing and scanning. We highly recommend their place.

Good hotel, great value for money. Sorry I forgot the names of two staff at reception, they were amazing, I have to say, they made all the efforts to accommodate our requests. We will come again. Great location for kids and families looking to stay on a budget. There is a big market next to the hotel, you can catch a free ferry to go to the big mall.

Very kind staff. Clean accommodation. (Be aware that the street of hotel is narrow and very few ligths in the evening. The name of the hotel is not in the front door.) Enjoy your stay.

Negative Reviews
Ended my stay early. Found it hard to sleep. Could hear everything in the room above and next to me. Doors slamming all the time. I had to go down and tell the night staff to stop slamming the sliding door to the stairs case as it kept waking me up. This was at 12 at night. Room smelt musty too. Bathroom very basic. The girl on day reception was very nice tho. Location is ok. No view from the room tho. But 711 end of the alley.

They give me dirty bed sheet and place it at foot side of bed, so i cant see it. At 2nd night i realize that some strain in my bed sheet but i ignore that. And when check out they charge me with fee because the dirty bed sheet they give me.
