Bangkok Smile Dental Clinic Silom

That was actually probably the worst dental service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Congratulations. I showed up 15 minutes late because of my driver and traffic. I let them know that I tried to call but nobody answered and when I arrived I asked if I needed to reschedule. I knew I was at fault here so I was happy to do whatever they needed to do with the situation. Instead, they didn’t say anything and immediately went to check me in where I had a woman fill out my forms without asking me about any of my medical conditions. I watched her as she marked “no” for everything. LOL. Immediately brings me upstairs into a room with the doctor playing music. I asked the dentist what the different treatments were since we didn’t confirm the type of cleaning I would receive (via email or at the front desk) and I wanted to confirm pricing before being treated. He immediately got upset and said we are already 25 mins late and to hurry up and lay back. I apologized again for being late and stated that if he was going to be rushed, they should not have taken me in as a patient. I also said that when I’m paying for a service, I’m allowed to ask a simple question. He became so flustered and upset that I no longer felt safe in the room, so I got up and left. I work in medicine and I’ve never seen a “doctor” so quick to lose composure. If this is how he reacts when a patient asks a simple question, I can’t imagine how he handles anything more complex. The ego and lack of emotional control he showed has no place in patient care. You’re not saving lives, you’re cleaning teeth.
