I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I came asking about a crown, but instead I was told I needed an implant, even though in my home country no such treatment was ever suggested. The clinic quoted me 92,000 THB for the procedure and said I would need to wait 4 months. It felt like they were taking advantage of me as a foreigner. I was also charged 750 THB for a consultation that provided no real explanation. I cannot recommend this clinic.

My first appointment and I had to fill out my details on a computer. I did not agree with the last contract page but only had option "to agree." I told them NO I won't agree to some of the crap they wanted. I asked for a paper copy to delete and sign parts I did not agree with. They told me NO and to leave. I asked for manager, no manager. I asked for paper copy again, that I could cross out what I disagreed to then sign. They said NO and Go. This was their choice BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO with SMILES DENTAL. If you end up in court or in dispute with them this could be held against you.
