Baron Residence Hotel

A strategic "pitstop" with excellent connectivity! Baron Residence is a functional, well-located hotel. While the decor is a bit dated and the rooms are minimalistic, everything is clean and works well. The breakfast buffet is simple but covers the basics. What really makes this hotel stand out is its location. Tucked away on a quiet street, it’s easily accessible from both Lad Phrao Soi 130 and Ramkhamhaeng Soi 81. It is within walking distance of the Saen Saep River Express (Wat Klang Pier) and the MRT Yellow Line. We even enjoyed a 20-minute walk along the canal to The Mall Bang Kapi; the path is well-lit and makes for a very pleasant stroll. Great value for those who prioritize transport links!

So happy that I booked this wonderful hotel for my short initial trip to Bangkok. I was wondering if I picked the wrong hotel, but I stayed the whole week here. All I can say is, this place is legit and it's worth every penny you've spent on the this. I'll surely will stay here next time (simply because I love practical and 7-11 on the ground floor).

I like the quietness of the place. Room is good. Clean. Has a balcony with a good view. Near The Mall Bang Kapi. Has lots of side walk vendors if you just explore around. Receptionist speaks English and that's a plus for us.
