Recently I discovered this café and ordered a latte — I was honestly surprised by how good it was. It reminded me of a great coffee shop I visited in Australia. It’s the best coffee I’ve had in Thailand so far. As a Japanese customer, I also pay attention to customer service. I really appreciate that the staff greet customers when they enter, and say “thank you” properly both when handing over the coffee and when customers leave. That leaves a very positive impression. There are just one or two small things I noticed. When there are no customers, it would be great if staff could regularly check the tables and chairs to make sure they’re clean. Also, seeing a lot of cigarette butts in the ashtray outside doesn’t feel very pleasant. Quiet times are actually the perfect opportunity to come out to the floor and do these checks. Regarding the restroom, if you install a lock and have customers collect the key from the counter, you could safely keep toilet paper inside for customers to use. Overall, I really enjoy this café and hope it continues to improve and grow.

This coffee shop branch is near my house. The atmosphere is good, quiet, and peaceful. 🥤 Tried out there "Be warm Be kind", the coffee tastes good, full bodied blended, aromatic, and yes, it's very tasty. This is one of my favorite coffee shop ever.

I’ve visited BEANS at two other branches before, as they’re close to my office, and I stop by from time to time. I’ve always been happy with both the coffee and the friendly service at those locations. However, this particular branch was disappointing. I came here while running errands nearby, but from the moment I walked in, there was no greeting, no welcoming atmosphere, and no thank you. The overall energy felt cold and inattentive. It lacked the warmth and service standard I’ve experienced at other branches. The highlight, as always, was the coffee — 10/10 without question. The quality and taste remain consistent across branches, which I truly appreciate. I hope this branch can improve its customer service to align with the strong brand standard and excellent coffee they serve.
