BEANS Coffee Roaster T77

Recently I discovered this café and ordered a latte — I was honestly surprised by how good it was. It reminded me of a great coffee shop I visited in Australia. It’s the best coffee I’ve had in Thailand so far. As a Japanese customer, I also pay attention to customer service. I really appreciate that the staff greet customers when they enter, and say “thank you” properly both when handing over the coffee and when customers leave. That leaves a very positive impression. There are just one or two small things I noticed. When there are no customers, it would be great if staff could regularly check the tables and chairs to make sure they’re clean. Also, seeing a lot of cigarette butts in the ashtray outside doesn’t feel very pleasant. Quiet times are actually the perfect opportunity to come out to the floor and do these checks. Regarding the restroom, if you install a lock and have customers collect the key from the counter, you could safely keep toilet paper inside for customers to use. Overall, I really enjoy this café and hope it continues to improve and grow.

Great experience! The Dirty coffee was spot on, and the staff were lovely. Picked up some beans on my way out—can’t wait to try them.

This coffee shop branch is near my house. The atmosphere is good, quiet, and peaceful. 🥤 Tried out there "Be warm Be kind", the coffee tastes good, full bodied blended, aromatic, and yes, it's very tasty. This is one of my favorite coffee shop ever.
