My booking was cancelled just days before check-in without any call or notification on 28 December. I only found out after arriving at the property, which was incredibly stressful. To make things worse, they then tried to offer me the same room offline at a much higher price. Dealing with this unexpectedly while travelling with my family was extremely upsetting and frustrating.

My confirmed booking was cancelled 2 days before check-in without any call. Idiscovered this only after arriving. The same room was then offered offline at a 50% higher rate. Very profit-driven behavior and extremely inconvenient while travelling with family. I wouldn’t trust this property.

1 star (because you can't give less) I booked a 3-night stay a month in advance and, just three days before my arrival date, the hotel cancelled my booking without giving any explanation or offering any solution. The worst part is that they didn't even notify me of the cancellation. I found out on my own, which forced me to book another hotel at the last minute, in another area, at a higher price and with worse conditions, completely ruining my travel plans. Everything was organised well in advance precisely to get a good location and a good price, and because of this hotel, I had to change all my accommodation arrangements. An incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend it at all; I advise you to look for more serious and reliable options.
