Bed By City Hotel

The Hotel is a Pearl of Bangkok! The location is nice - Just a 3 minute walk from a MRT station. The room is cosy, the bathroom is clean but requires a bit of renovation. A complimentary welcome drink and welcome snacks really made my Day! The stuff are fantastic and the included breakfast was magnificient. The Hotel should be at least 4 stars for this service. I admire it!

I love pretty much everything about this hotel except the relatively low ceiling, which made the overhead shower a little redundant. That aside, everything is very thoughtful. Especially the 6 small packs of local flavoured snacks complimentary in the room, not sure if it is all year round but it was a very neat gentle gesture especially after a tiring and hot outdoors coming back napping till late pass dinner time, having those salivating snacks complimentary is a wow factor! I snacked them all in one sitting binge watching FashionTV's quick interview with the stars in minutes! Those snacks though smallest packets are not cheap even when you buy from Big C. And the varieties were very authentically Thai flavour. Giving me a good idea of what snacks to buy if I wish to get some back home as souvenirs. Another thing I find a very kind touch from here was an umbrella they kept in the cabinet for use. Being tropical with tropical hot or wet weather, that is saviour, a touch above. Another sweet touch comes from the ever replenished welcome drinks and cookies in the lobby. Love the refrigerated fresh milk, pineapple cookie in a jar and the super sweet peanut cookie candy stuff. Oh the long wooden shoehorn from Ikea was also another gentle touch. I remember how my mom loved having shoehorns around it helps her to reduce unnecessary bending. Great job Bed by City!

A hidden gem in the city center. Absolutely brilliant hotel, tucked away in the alleyway, away from the hustle and bustle of Silom area. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with many options. The staff and so pleasant and helpful. I'll be studying here in the future..
