Better Moon Guesthouse & cafe

I'm not sure if it was a staff member or a guest, but There was someone coughing violently from early morning until late at night, which made it very uncomfortable. I was looking forward to using the cafe, so I made a reservation. After confirming my reservation, I found out the cafe would be closed... They could have let me know in advance, but that seems a bit unkind. The cleaning staff's attitude was terrible. I was ignored three times when I said hello as we passed each other. A smile would have been enough. I'll never forget the way she glared at me. It was very unpleasant. Isn't that the bare minimum of consideration for guests? The only good thing about the room was that it was kept very clean and meticulously. I will never use their services again. I wish they would apologize for their rude behavior.

The accommodation itself was comfortable and satisfactory. However, the location is deep inside a market area, which felt quite unsafe at night. Accessing the property requires multiple passcodes — for the building and for the room — but the host didn’t provide them in advance. Arriving late at night without the necessary codes made check-in extremely difficult and stressful. If you’re planning to check in during the evening, I strongly recommend reconsidering. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this place

Non existence service. We stayed 7 days and no cleaning n service for 7 days. They didn't even bother to clear the rubbish bin. No change of towels, no change of bed sheets. Basically there is no service staff. Checkin using passcode. Worst of all, there is a pump in the room and every few minutes will have loud cranking sounds throughout the night. We went to the cafe and showed the video to the cafe receptionist. She say it is normal. They expect you to use the earplugs that they provide. Please check out the video that I have included before you book, to make sure that you can take the kind of noise level every 5 to 10min (throughout the night). Horrible stains on the carpet and also bin bag. No lift also. You will need to carry the luggage up stairs for 4 levels. Not advisable if you have heavy luggage. Won't be going back to this place. Probably ranked one of the worst accommodation I have ever stayed. Not worth. Nearby Qiu hotel is much much better and around the same price.
