What an amazing experience. I could not be happier. I am Australian and had All On 4 Dental Implants done in Thailand because it is so expensive in Australia and the dentists in Australia are not that experienced. Not only did I save money, I had a holiday in Bangkok, went to a JCI accredited Clinic and had the surgery done by an excellent surgeon trained in USA and the UK. I had all my remaining teeth removed and the All On 4 dental implants inserted, both upper and lower, in the clinics package deal that included transport and accomodation for 5 days. Everything was magnificent. The accommodation was excellent, the driver picked me up and dropped me off each day and treated me like I was special. The Surgeon is a very gifted and intelligent man who really did a magnificent job on me. I had a painless experience and after 4 days, walked out with a new magnificent set of teeth. Just as the clinic advertised and not as painful as I initially imagined. I am a very very happy customer and I have already booked my return in 6 months to upgrade my teeth. A special mention to Puifaii who coordinates all the overseas patients. She was amazing. So friendly and well organised. Thank you so much BFC Dental Clinic for such an amazing and wonderful experience. I should have done it years earlier.

On 9 October 2025, I visited BFC Dental for a routine cleaning. During the procedure, two of my existing fillings were dislodged — both were intact and fully functional prior to treatment. I have been seeing the same dentist in another country for years, and these fillings had never presented any issues. This should never happen during a standard cleaning. Following the incident, I experienced severe inflammation, bleeding, and ongoing pain. I remained at the clinic for over three hours attempting to reach a resolution in good faith. Despite knowing that I was traveling in a couple days, the clinic's only proposal was for me to return for refilling once the area healed — something their own dentist admitted would take several days, making it medically and logistically impossible. Rather than taking accountability for clear provider error, BFC Dental refused to reimburse the cost of corrective treatment at another clinic, citing "company policy." This response disregards basic standards of professional responsibility and patient care. I have since filed formal complaints with both the Dental Council of Thailand and the Office of the Consumer Protection Board, citing provider negligence, unprofessional conduct, and failure to remedy damage caused during treatment. Patients deserve transparency, competence, and accountability — qualities that were entirely absent in my experience with BFC Dental.
