This time coming to Bangkok, I specially went to Tian Tian to see the houses, the introduction was very detailed, and the service and reception were very enthusiastic! 👍

Does BigHousekeeper serve English-speaking buyers, or only Chinese-speaking?

Very unprofessional real estate company and agents that are refusing to refund my reservation deposit of 200,000 Baht ($6250 dollars). This deposit was on a home that ended up being in a non trade able and in very dangerous condition. There reservation form clearly states I would be refunded my deposit if the home documents or home had any major problems. After inspections on this home it was found to have every problem imaginable including dangerous and faulty electrical wiring that could cause a fire and burn this home to the ground at anytime. I am a retired real estate broker from my country and what this company has done to me with refusing to return my deposit money is just completely unacceptable. Reputation is everything in the real estate business, but they to not care in the least.
