Bird Room Hotel Pratunam

Had a 10 day stay in this hotel ... The room maybe small but it doesn't matter to us as long as we can stay and sleep comfortably. It's beside the railways but we can still sleep enough. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The housekeepers change the towels and clean the rooms everyday. We don't oblige them to change beddings everyday as we are always out exploring the city. I can recommend this hotel for future travelers.

Very afforadable hotel in Pratunam area. The staff is super friendly. The facility is quite okay. There's also a coin laundry (like 500m towards the main road where Tofu Skincare is). You can store your luggage here for a fee but please check the staff. Thank you so much for the help.

This hotel ah, cheap for a reason, it's next to the mainline going into Hua Lampong. You have trains rattling your room at night. The wall don't use brick to build on upper floor, they use some kind of cement board that they hammer to the frame, so not much noise insulation. Raining that time on the third floor damm noisy. I also gripe ah the toilet got no ventilation one, so you need to sometimes air out your room and the toilet together. Sometime I breakfast comeback rest, I open everything to air out. But ah, 500m to Phaya Thai, 450m to Phetchaburi Rd. Travel by BTS, airport rail, and Bus, god level status the convenience. You go Yaowarat or King Palace area need take bus, that one faster and anyway it's a 450m to 500m walk to the bus stop, damm convenient. BTS get you Siam Square in 20mins (include slow gelek down to the train station, and slowly climb), 25 baht. Silom also very reachable and fast. The convenience is so good, you morning breakfast can comeback pass motion, very walkable very suitable for old people. You go see thing in morning, afternoon want to nap also very easy comeback to nap or bathe from the heat. Space wise, good amount of space. I do not feel cramp. Enough place to throw all your barang that you importing back home. Raining tho, I was flooded to my ankles walking back. Still, the hygiene is excellent tho a bit basic, I think it's a good deal. It's what you call a well run, properly maintained budget hotel. Inside the customer are from Myanmar, India lah, family level, got a few Hong Kong. Food wise, got a couple of rotating roadside stall, different people come set up stall. If you Heng 50 baht got a nice fried rice. Main road got more food, pratunam market also. Then got a 7-11, save time, but I didn't really use. I warn ah, the hotel owner very uptight about late check-out, so ya you can't sit and lounge around till 1pm.
