A Peaceful, Well-Managed Haven in On Nut – Living Here Since Day One I have been living at Blocs 77 since the building was first completed, and I can honestly say it has been a fantastic experience. Even after all these years, the building still feels incredibly well-maintained and holds its value perfectly. Here are the standout reasons why I love living here: A True "Home" Atmosphere: The environment here is incredibly shady, green, and relaxing. Stepping into the condo feels like leaving the chaos of Bangkok behind. It’s highly private, quiet, and doesn't have the chaotic, crowded feel of many other city condos. Exceptional Juristic Management: The management team is absolutely top-notch. They are proactive, professional, and keep the common areas spotless. Any minor issues are addressed immediately, which makes living here completely stress-free. Outstanding Structural Quality: One thing that truly impressed me is the build quality. During the recent earthquake tremors felt in Bangkok, the building held up incredibly well. I could barely find a single hairline crack in the building, and absolutely nothing was damaged inside my unit. It gives me immense peace of mind knowing the structure is this solid. Unbeatable Convenience (Added Point): The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to BTS On Nut, right next to Big C Extra, and surrounded by great local food, yet tucked away just enough so you don't hear the street noise. Timeless Facilities (Added Point): Despite not being a brand-new project, the pool, gym, and garden areas are maintained to a standard that rivals newly built luxury condos. Overall, if you are looking for a solid, peaceful, and excellently managed place to live, Blocs 77 is a hidden gem. I couldn't recommend it enough!

I love this place! I lived in Blocs 77 for six months. The Jarisyic office is very friendly and helpful. They did a great job during the earthquake in Bangkok in February. The building has everything you could possibly need. The two-bedroom corner apartments are spacious and well laid out, and the view is fantastic. The only thing that really bothered me was how hot the lobby and elevators are. If you’re looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, in a calm local atmosphere,this is the place for you.

A great place to stay. The neighbourhood is peaceful and welcoming. I am not local and I just moved here a few months ago but I already feel like home. You can find Big C at the opposite side and the BTS station is within a walkable distance. The price is a bit high but the safety and cleaning services are great, has well equipped gym and swimming pool, and services at juristic office is okay, you can conveniently collect your deliveries. The rooms are quite spacious too with good privacy. And what I like is the view I can see from my room, a combination of canal and hustling city life with cars and buildings. The only downside would be that the public area like parlour is a bit hot but overall I give it five stars.
