Blue Chang House

Clean rooms but it had a strange smell due to lack of ventilation. Location was excellent as there were plenty of cafés and eateries at a walkable distance. It was quite affordable given the prime location and had a decent ambience. Overall a decent option for a 2-3 day stay to visit all the attractions nearby.

Nice friendly people running it, lovely plants everywhere and great feels of the suburban blue wooden house. Some rooms have super thin walls, you could hear your neighbour like he is in your room so check or consider what you can deal with 🙂

Had a lovely stay at blue Chang house! The host was very friendly and accommodating and hooked us up with whatever we needed. The location was in a perfect spot, far enough away from the noise and crowds to take a breather but close enough to walk to in about 10-15 min. We stayed for close to 2 weeks visiting all the surrounding areas and enjoying the close by restaurants that stay open late. Not a lot of traffic so it's very easy for taxi services to come scoop you and drop off. Overall, has everything a backpacker needs to revive and relax, plus constant warm water for the shower!
