Blutique Hotel

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We visited Pratunam for shopping in June 2025. In 2024, we stayed in the same area at KC Place hotel, which was far better compared to this hotel. This time, we chose Blutique Hotel, thinking it would be an upgrade,but it turned out to be a huge mistake. From the moment we checked in, it was disappointing. On the way to our rooms, the corridors and corners were filled with large bags of clothes or items, making the place look extremely dirty and unprofessional. I genuinely wonder how the staff think this is acceptable. The condition of the corridors alone is enough for guests to judge and form a very negative opinion of the hotel. The rooms were very small, which was acceptable since the purpose of staying in Pratunam is shopping, not spending time in the hotel. We booked two rooms for us and our parents. One room they offered had a window, whereas the other was entirely without one, which may feel quite disturbing to some guests. Both rooms were disgusting. The floor corners were badly damaged, tiles were broken, and the overall condition of the room was very old and poor. The bathroom was even worse; damaged floors, a broken door that wouldn’t close properly (leaving a large gap), and dirty spots on the toilet flush basin. The hygiene level was unacceptable. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area. The only positive point is the location, which is very close to shopping areas. The most serious issue is that I lost my sunglasses case containing two sunglasses during this stay. I didn’t notice immediately because these were not my daily-use sunglasses. After returning from Thailand, I realized they were missing. One of the sunglasses was very valuable to me because it had my vision lenses fitted, which won’t be useful to anyone who is going to use that, because the lenses were changed into my vision. Until this incident, during our hotel stays we usually kept our luggages open until departure. Leaving it open while we were away was our mistake, and we have learned from this experience. On that particular day, we left for shopping with our luggages open, and when we returned, we noticed that both rooms had been super cleaned, even though we did not place the “Make Up My Room” sign. This was not requested by us. The luggages were still open, but I didn’t realize the missing two sunglasses by then because I had no need to use them that day. Then later I discovered my sunglasses case was missing. I searched thoroughly and am confident that the missing sunglasses case was stolen while the housekeeping staff were servicing the room. This is extremely disturbing, unacceptable and truly unethical. This hotel is absolutely not trustworthy, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. Worst experience ever. Do not waste even a minute wondering whether this hotel is a good choice; it isn’t. Do not stay here. Go to KC Palace, it is far more better than this in all the ways.

𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 – 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝟑-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 Despite its advertised rating, Blutique Hotel falls short of a true 3-star standard for several concerning reasons. The property is tucked away in a narrow alley barely wide enough for a standard vehicle, making direct drop-off by taxi or ride-hailing services unlikely. Guests may need to walk a short distance from the main road to reach the entrance. Room size is a major issue—especially for couples traveling with multiple pieces of luggage. Space is extremely limited, with barely enough room to move around, and no designated area for storing bags except atop the bed. The shower setup is particularly hazardous: the floor is uneven, possibly designed to contain water, but it poses a serious safety risk when bathing. Rooms lack windows, creating a closed-in atmosphere, and the so-called “king-size bed” is actually two smaller beds pushed together, resulting in an uncomfortable ridge down the middle. Hallways between rooms are narrow and could present serious evacuation challenges in case of fire or other emergencies. Wi-Fi connectivity is slow and unreliable. Outside the hotel, guests step directly into the bustling Pratunam district—a chaotic but vibrant hub of street vendors, hawkers, and bargain shopping. If your priority is low-cost clothing, bags, shoes, and souvenirs, the location may be a redeeming factor. However, for comfort, safety, and genuine hospitality, Blutique Hotel leaves much to be desired.
