Boxpackers PHRANAKHON Hostel

They have very clean rooms and boxes and they are at the perfect spot around 500mtrs from Khao San Road. We came here to crash at night and left in morning to see Golden Mount which is also very near to this place. Staff were very helpful. In attached photo you can reach them directly.

Decent hostel to stay for many nights but kinda noisy given that all the rooms face the street. Shared rooms do not have the toilets and showers inside. Aircon works perfectly 24/7. There is a small shared area to smoke and a coffee shop air-conditioned to rest.

The bathroom and toilet are clean. The beds are comfortable and have curtains. It has CCTV in the room. Each room can be opened with key card. I don’t think the staffs are that friendly. But they’re not rude. So it’s okay. The location is good. The khao san road and 7/11 are reachable by a few minutes. So many restaurants around there. Even though it’s near to Khao San Road, it’s not noisy at all. The food there is also good. There are so many stairs ㅠㅠ if you’re just a backpackers and don’t have luggage, then it’ll be alright. But if you have luggage, then it can be pretty uncomfortable. The staff will not help you too. And when I was there, the staff came to room and cleaned the space. I think she didn’t know i am there, so she talked on phone loudly. I was a bit annoyed because I was sleeping. So the stairs and that thing are the only things that make me annoyed but others are good. It’s worth to stay
