Highly recommend! Easy to book, easy to adjust my check in time since my flight was late. They were very kind to me, the room smelt nice and was very clean and soundproofed. Loved it!

Can't complain. Arrived 2am after delay. Could get a room for a few hours. Free water and wifi. Clean room. Did not need a shower nor toilet. You need to add 500 thb during stay if you leave the room key. You get it back afterwards. Due to the location it is also very quite

If you're looking for a decent place to get some sleep, this is where you should go. Even though the sleeping-cabins are super small, the bed is really comfortable! You can charge up yourself and your electronics. I'm very sensitive to any sounds and noises, but it was actually quiet inside the room, a relief! The girls at the counter was friendly and cute. Location very easy to find it. Thankyou Boxtel 😍😍

The rooms were decent. The staff was ok.. seem to hate their job. The location of this place is awful.. no staff except 1 woman knew where to send me so I was walking for 30 minutes in places this wasn’t even at. 1 man said the 6th floor when there isn’t even a 6th floor to the airport…. Ridiculous. The biggest issue is that the bathrooms are all the way up 2 floors and like 10 minutes walk .. so I hope you don’t have to pee. Wouldn’t not book again for that sole reason.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, which is why I chose to contact them again today. However, when I called at around 7:35 PM (Feb1st 2026) to make a reservation, the staff informed me that reservations are not accepted by phone and advised me to contact their Facebook page instead. Right after ending the call, I messaged the Facebook page and noticed that the booking recommendation clearly with Telephone number , I was quite confusing. During the chat, the staff asked for my check-in date. I replied that I planned to arrive tonight at 11:30 PM, and was then told that reservations were no longer accepted and that I should walk in and check availability myself. After that, the conversation ended. The hotel itself is nice, but this particular interaction felt unprofessional and not service-oriented. I hope the management or CEO will review this issue and remind staff about professionalism and customer care, as it greatly affects the guest experience.
