Cacha Bed Heritage Hotel

price is low. Location is opposite to MRT station, so easy to commute. China market is walkable distance, may be 500m. well decorated. room is big. bathroom has partition, so quick to get ready. Great view from terrace. A small library. from ground floor, you can grab a quick bite like butter Cresent. Two disadvantage: there is no lift. you have to carry your luggage to 4th floor. after each tiring day save some energy to walk the stair case. Cab also mostly drop opposite of the road as it is one way.

We stayed in a bunk bed room. The bed was comfortable. However, some may find the toilet cubicle small. Also, the hotel will need to start cleaning off mould on the walls and ceilings in/close to the showers before it gets worse. It is also next to the main road so traffic noise may be an issue for light sleepers. Nonetheless, staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located opposite a bus stop and MRT station. The lobby serves as a cafe and art gallery for budding artists. The cafe serves good coffee and the gallery enhances the vibe of the lobby. The rooftop is also a nice to have as there’s chairs and tables for you to hang out and get some air on a good day.

We stayed here as a group of four friends for three nights. The room was spotless, spacious enough, and I didn’t see any bugs anywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect since it’s right across from the metro, and you can reach most of the temples and must-see attractions in about 10 minutes. The terrace was beautiful—make sure to watch the city from there in the evening. Many thanks to the whole team!
