I visited Cafe Madeleine recently thinking I was just meeting a friend (who resides at the Four Seasons) for a casual afternoon tea, but walked into the most wonderful birthday surprise! The ambience was stunning, and the selection of cakes and drinks was absolutely wonderful—everything tasted as good as it looked. But what truly made the experience 5-star was the incredible staff. They were so warm and accommodating. They sang "Happy Birthday" to me, and when I realized I hadn't hit record on my phone, they happily sang it all over again just so I could capture the moment! Thank you to the team for your patience and for making my birthday so special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier sweets and service in Bangkok.

Day off today, so I decided to finally try Cafe Madeleine, and it was a really nice surprise. The first thing that stood out was the staff. Super chill, actually happy to chat, and they really knew their pastries. They showed me what they had, explained a few options, and we ended up laughing a bit. Good energy, good humor, but still professional, which honestly makes the place feel instantly comfortable. I went for a vanilla flan with berries and a hot chocolate. Both were spot on. The flan was creamy, not too sweet, with fresh berries that balanced it nicely. Simple, well done, no nonsense. The hot chocolate was rich and comforting, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the moment. The café itself is calm and welcoming, a great place to take a break, sit for a while, and just enjoy not being in a rush. It’s the kind of spot you go to on a day off without overthinking it. Overall, a cool little café with good vibes, good products, and a team that clearly enjoys what they’re doing. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
