My wife and I had a fantastic 2 month stay at CASA@20! The location is perfect — close to Sukhumvit’s malls, food courts, and both BTS/MRT, plus just a short walk to Benchasiri or Benchakitti Parks. Despite being in such a vibrant area, the building is quiet and very comfortable. Big thanks to Ann for being incredibly friendly and helpful, and to Raj for excellent communication and smooth arrangements. Their hospitality really made the experience stand out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for a few months. Everything is perfect especially the comfy bed and the quiet neighbourhood. The day manager and night security are helpful and friendly! I had a delightful stay here :)

I was there for almost a month. It’s an excellent place to stay. Very quiet, yet close to a very busy area. Well appointed with good facilities. I totally agree with what others say about the staff. They are obliging, efficient and make you feel that they would do anything for you. I also liked the fact that there are only 8 apartments in the complex. I may have that number wrong but it’s not many anyway. Thank you to the proprietors and staff for making me so welcome.
