The biggest issue during my stay was the check-in experience, specifically with one male receptionist. His attitude was cold and unwelcoming, and his tone felt more like giving commands than assisting a guest. When asking me to sign the deposit form, he did not explain anything and barely spoke. He simply placed the paper on the counter and that it. There was no eye contact, no smile, and no sense of hospitality expected from a hotel that presents itself as a 4-star property. Another disappointment was the lack of luggage assistance. Despite having a luggage cart parked right in front of the elevator, no staff offered to help carry my bag. This should be standard service at this level. The only warm gesture at arrival was a welcome orange juice offered by a security guard, not the front desk. Once inside the room, the experience improved. The room is large with a well-designed layout, including a spacious hallway from the entrance that easily fits luggage without feeling cramped. The walk-in closet area is practical and includes a refrigerator, safe box, kettle, and complimentary bottled water. The bed is very large and comes with four pillows, which is a plus, although the mattress felt slightly firm for my preference. The air conditioner made a squeaky sound when set to swing mode, but switching it to a fixed position solved the issue. One bedside reading lamp was broken and there was no spare part available, but the maintenance team responded quickly and genuinely tried their best to fix it. Pool-view rooms were fully booked and my room was assigned near the road, so some traffic noise could be heard. Wi-Fi performance was also poor, with very weak signal strength and slow speeds in 408 room. The bathroom is spacious and well designed, featuring a rain shower with strong water pressure and a full set of amenities expected from a 4-star hotel. However, there was a visible stain on the wall, and the hotel rules booklet had an unpleasant smell, which raised concerns about attention to detail. Overall, the room itself is comfortable and well equipped, but the unprofessional check-in behavior from one staff member and minor cleanliness issues significantly affected the overall experience.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, largely due to the extremely poor attitude of the staff. At checkout, we were accused of spilling milk tea on a bathrobe and told that the stain could not be removed. Without any attempt to resolve the issue fairly, we were asked to pay 800 baht in compensation. We requested to try washing the stain ourselves, but the staff refused outright. This handling of the situation was unreasonable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, both the food and the spa services were also very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel. I certainly will never stay at any hotel under this brand again.
