I contacted them the day after the earthquake in Bangkok. The owner and caretaker were incredibly kind, responding quickly and accepting my booking right away. The caretaker sent me videos and pictures three times a day and took such great care of my cat. I truly appreciate their kindness—thank you! 🥹💖
