Had some major work done here when my dog cracked his canine tooth. It required a root canal & a titanium crown. This took a few visits & although the first visit I got a bit of a run around with the timeline of the procedure (likely a language barrier), after my feedback was passed on, they responded quickly & precisely with excellent service recovery! Albert, who has better English than even most native English speakers stepped in an handled everything with absolute precision & professionalism. The treatment was a success, & the icing on the cake is that the final bill came out less than my initial deposit (by a decent amount less too!)

Thonglor Veterinary Hospital truly saved my pet’s eyes, and I am deeply grateful. From the moment we arrived, every staff member and doctor showed so much kindness, care, and professionalism. Their love for animals can really be felt in everything they do. The environment is clean, fresh, and comfortable, and my dog feels very happy and relaxed here. The only small thing I hope can be improved is that the pet hotel rooms could be deodorized a little more. If that is taken care of, everything would be absolutely perfect. Thank you, Thonglor Veterinary Hospital, for giving my pet a second chance to see and for treating us with so much love and dedication. I truly love this place.

I took my cat to Thonglor Pet Hospital @ Rama 9 and I had the most incredible experience I’ve EVER had at a vet. FROM THE MOMENT I GOT THERE TO THE MINUTE I LEFT SOMEONE WAS WITH ME - and walked me through the entire process. I felt incredibly taken care of. The doctor actually found some issues with my cat that the previous doctor did not find! I was really grateful for that. They ran additional tests that should've been done at the previous hospital.🏥 Thonglor Pet Hospital Is a state of the art facility. Everyone on staff that I interacted with were professional, polite and thorough. They took exceptional care of my cat, he is staying for a week and I feel 100% comfortable with my decision to leave him. Also, I am bringing my other pets to this hospital going forward from now on.
