Centre Point Hotel Chidlom

Located 600m or 10mins of walk from the nearest BTS Chidlom station. If one doesn’t mind walking, many shopping malls and Lumpini park is within 30mins walking distance. The location is perfect for us as it is away from the congested main streets which offer peace and serenity. Rooms are not new as facilities is aged, however, it is well maintained. Hotel offers one way tuktuk service to the nearest BTS station. Several 7Eleven is within a stone throw from the Hotel. Their service, courtesy and friendliness is excellent! Will definitely return to the same Hotel next visit.

The rooms is a little dated but it is spacious. We are three and it is good that each of us have our own bed. The common area are nice. The pool water is salt water. They have a Library Room where one can work or study. The free tuktuk is very helpful.

The service was excellent — the staff were warm, attentive, and always greeted us whenever they saw us, which made us feel very welcome. The complimentary tuk-tuk service was a great touch. Had we known about it earlier, we wouldn’t have needed to carry our luggage and walk about 700 metres from the BTS. The free coffee and drinks available at the lobby were also a nice bonus and much appreciated. The only downside is that the hotel feels a bit outdated. The corridor outside the rooms were rather dull and felt slightly creepy. That said, the space was excellent — we booked a family suite, and it was very comfortable for our 5-night stay. One minor issue was that the air-conditioning compressor outside the room was a little noisy. On a positive note, I absolutely loved the bidet toilet! Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service.
