Kwan is very polite, helpful and efficient worker. I hope to see him again during my next visit to the hotel and having breakfast here. For the past three years while we stayed at this hotel, I enjoyed having breakfast even more when he is around. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. Thanks to a wonderful stay here. Stayed here with my child and had a great experience. The room was big and spacious — even with a baby cot and two double beds, there was still plenty of space for my kid to run around. The toilet was clean and always kept dry after housekeeping. They mentioned that towels would only be changed if left on the floor or table, but honestly, they changed them daily anyway. Just a heads-up though, some towels did have light stains. There’s an indoor kids’ playground right beside the dining area, on the same level as the gym and swimming pool. It’s bright and colourful, perfect for kids. Some of the toys and cars are a bit worn out, but still more than enough to keep kids entertained for hours — my child even asked to go back again the next day. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We used Bolt for transport and the staff would help look out for our car, inform us when it arrived, and even assist with loading our luggage. Overall, great service and comfortable accommodation. The location is slightly further from the malls, but considering the price we paid, it was definitely worth it. Oh, and they also offer welcome drinks at the lobby daily, which was a nice touch!

Honestly did not expect much especially is at pratunam but the room is surprisingly big suitable stay for 4 adults and usually at pratunam we can hear loud traffic sounds but at this hotel we couldn’t hear any noise. Amazing service by guest services. I myself works in hospitality industry and i love how they respects every guest. Bought them nearby wonton noodle and the lady wear yellow dress duty manager still went all out to buy a hello kitty blanket ❤️ salute to her because she really exceeded my expectation. Will definitely come back not for the shopping but for the people there giving their 100 and 1 hospitality spirit! Good job to the host, hostess and managers there!🎀❤️
