The location is absolutely ideal, in the heart of thonglor. It’s a nice to walk to the BTS The staff are amazing and they go above and beyond during events (like Christmas) and other times. A shout out to the shuttle driver who is always very sweet and ever willing to help. The pool is good and so is the gym, the morning breakfast is also commendable. All in all, it’s always an amazing stay with them.

Stayed there for 8 nights and what an experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. Staff was brilliant, apartments were spotless, everything 100 percent. Even enjoyed the free tuk tuk service every morning to the BTS. Saved us 15 minutes walk. It is close to all amenities and the 7-11. Even a pharmacy if you need one straight next door. Going back next year definitely. 👍🏆

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing from start to finish — the doorman, the reception team, and the room stewards were all so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Any time I needed something, they were incredibly responsive. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. The balcony was a lovely touch as well — very roomy and perfect for relaxing. The heated toilet seat was an unexpected luxury, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen area was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. At one point I requested an iron from housekeeping, and it arrived within minutes, which really impressed me. We ordered room service several times. The food was tasty and well-prepared, though it did arrive cold a few times, which was the only downside of the stay. Breakfast was a lovely experience each morning. There was plenty of choice, and the atmosphere was calm and quiet — a refreshing change from the usual busy breakfast rush in many hotels. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. I also used the sauna a few times, and it was peaceful, clean, and never crowded. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The excellent staff, comfortable rooms, great facilities, and ideal location made it a really enjoyable stay.
