Kinda disappointed after seeing so many 5-star reviews here. Yes, food is ok - not excellent by Thai standards, but good. Atmosphere - again very pleasant but not 5-star. But service was very weak on my visit. Staff seemed completely untrained and stressed. Took 15-20 minutes just to get coffee. Our table ordered a fried rice, an omelette, and a fried egg with bacon and sausage plate. A backpacker restaurant could have done this in 10 minutes. We waited 20 for the first dish to arrive, 30 more for the other 2. People who came in long after we did were eating long before us. Stressful, as we thought an hour or so would be sufficient for a bit of breakfast before heading to the airport. It wasn’t. No one came round to see if we needed more coffee or water or anything. Guys would come out with plates of food - not even know which table it went to. In short, charging western prices ($15-20 a head) for ok food and atmosphere, with incredibly weak service. Give it a miss.
