Very disappointed. The clinic is supposed to open at 5 pm, but the doctor doesn't arrive until 6 pm. The patient order isn't respected; I had to point it out. But most importantly, the doctor prescribes a ton of medication, not all of which is necessary except to inflate the bill: I paid 3200 baht for an ear infection and sore throat. I paid because he told me it was the bare minimum in terms of medication, knowing I was about to fly and that he was an ENT specialist. However, after discussing it with a doctor friend, half of the throat medication was unnecessary, as were the allergy medications, since I already had a throat spray and the inflammation was subsiding. Don't be fooled!

The moat arrogant doctor I've seen on my life - did not listen to the patient at all, constantly bragging and ignoring what needs to be done. Then he tried to sell a number of unnecessary medications on top. I only accepted only the necessary one, but realized they charged me for all of the unnecessary stuff that I didn't buy. Scam and malpractice. Someone knowledgeable should take a video of how they work and sue them.

I came in with bad throat pain and a cough. The doctor is not actually in the clinic, I was only able to speak with him on the phone, so he never actually looked into my throat to see what was wrong. The nurses gave me a covid test charge: 1500 baht Cost of doctors fee: 500 baht Cost of 5 pills and throat spray: 2000 baht. I asked to only pay for some of the medicine, because I know I could get it much cheaper at a local pharmacy, and I already had cough pills and a throat spray. But I was forced to buy it all. By this point my throat was raw from talking on the phone and trying to explain to the nurses, so i just paid and left. If you're going to charge 4000 bhat, I should at least get to see a doctor. I'd recommend saving your money and going to a hospital where you'll actually be seen by a medical professional. Or there's a free clinic right down the road that my boyfriend went to, where he saw the actual doctor and was given 4 pills, entirely free of charge. And now! 2 weeks later, the sore throat and cough are back, just like before. Costly, and ineffective in my opinion.
