I would strongly advise against visiting this clinic. The staff appeared to dissociate themselves when my son, aged seven, was not given the appropriate treatment. As a result, he developed an infection. I took my son to their branch 1 for a cavity in his right side molar tooth.There doctor Manop advised a cleaning and filling but did not take an X-ray on the day. My son did not get relief and I returned the following day. The X-ray revealed a deep root cavity. The doctor had previously offered two options: tooth extraction or root canal. I was refer to the second branch by Dr. Manop , where Dr. Sneha could perform the root canal procedure.However, I was unable to understand the conversation as it was in Thai. The doctor confirmed that Dr Sneha could perform the procedure on my son, as I was aware that a paediatric dentist would be more suitable for a child. He assured me that she will do it after confirming my son’s age. I was assured that I could visit the second branch, which proved to be a nightmare for my son. Dr Sneha let me and my son wait for 45–50 minutes before commencing the treatment without informing me that they did not have children-sized rings or crowns and that the procedure tools were not suitable. The treatment took over an hour and my son was in significant pain. I asked if he had received anaesthesia and why he was experiencing such discomfort. The doctor did not provide a satisfactory explanation and simply stated that anaesthesia had been administered. My son fell asleep due to the extensive pain. I was also asked if I would like to postpone the treatment to the following day. I was confused by the doctor’s request to proceed with the treatment the next day. My son was in severe pain after the procedure and sustained an injury to his side of the molar gums due to the lack of appropriate children’s equipment. My son has to go through severe pain after the root canal by Dr. Sneha because of her, he got infection and necrosis of the pulp, as she didn’t have equipments also she was taking too many x-rays around 4 times, I think she was also not sure what she was doing as she was not a paediatric dentist as they told me lies about it just to snatch money out of it , they don’t even care the patient is 7 year old boy , he can’t able to sleep the whole night. I had to take him to the hospital next morning where paediatric dentist check throughly and diagnosed an infection which was after the root canal and the swelling around his gums area, the filling was also overdone which she needs to removed, he has taken antibiotics for 5 days and missed 3 days of school too. After all this, and letting them know about all of this over the phone and whats app chat, I asked my refund but they are just not responding and just don’t care I even request to have a talk with Dr. Sneha but no one from the branch 1 or 2 bothered to get back to me. They make me fool by sending me to their another branch and allow the non paediatric dentist treat my son which turn into a nightmare. They are all about making money at any cost. Worthless, substandard service by the clinic.
