Chatrium Grand Bangkok

Stayed in their one-bedroom suite. Nice, large room — it would actually be great for families, though the hotel says it’s only for 2 adults. Bit of a waste as the kitchenette would be useful with kids. Breakfast had a good amount of choices — continental, american, chinese, thai. Pool area was nice as well. My main complaint is the water pressure. The shower pressure was weak, and they only have a handheld shower. Mentioned this to the front desk at Tower 2, but unfortunately nothing was done. Oh, and the shower body was was never refilled. What would probably stop me from staying here again is the buggy service. They only run it to Siam Paragon. Meanwhile, their next-door neighbor runs theirs all the way to Siam Center (BTS access and MBK), CentralWorld, and even the walkway on Ratchadamri (Big C and Platinum). If shopping is part of your plan, that option is just so much more convenient.

We stayed twice at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok in February, and both stays were exceptional. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, perfectly clean, and the facilities (especially the pool ) made our time in Bangkok even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge was excellent, offering great quality in a calm and elegant setting. We would like to give a special mention to Pierre, whose genuine care for guests truly enhances the experience. We also want to highlight Apple from the Club Lounge, whose kindness and attentiveness made every visit memorable. The Chatrium Grand has become our favorite hotel in Bangkok, and we cannot wait to return.

My stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The service in every department was exceptional. A special thanks to Zeen at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding attention to detail. The restaurant service was excellent as well, with great food quality and a consistently friendly staff. My room was always perfectly clean and well-organized thanks to the housekeeping team. The spa and massage experience was amazing, especially with Nuna, who provided an exceptional and deeply relaxing massage. The spa reception staff were also very helpful and well-organized. In short, the hotel combines luxury, comfort, and top-tier service. Highly recommended.
