Love this place, we stayed on the 32nd floor, and the rooms was beautiful, not to mention the view!! Only thing I would change in the room is to make the TVs smart TVs so I could connect to my Netflix... Breakfast had a huge variety and everything tasted great! Tons of options for vegetarians. Beautiful pool!! the boat shuttle service up the river is so great and an amazing experience to enjoy that specific area of this incredible city!!

This is the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is truly 100 out of 10. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The buffet was absolutely delicious, with an excellent selection of European cuisine. The quality and variety of the food exceeded my expectations. My room was 70 square meters, which made the stay especially comfortable. It was very convenient that my room included a washing machine and all the necessary amenities. This detail made a significant difference, especially for a longer stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The reception staff were always polite, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the atmosphere and the level of care. I will definitely return again.

We had a lovely three week stay at Chatrium Sathon, and the real highlight was the staff. Everyone, from the breakfast crew, the reception team, the house service people, the gardeners, the porters, EVERYONE was so friendly, so helpful and so accommodating. They made our stay very special. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had the unexpected bonus of a washing machine - a super bonus, that. The breakfasts had extensive offerings, well prepared and presented, while the Flow Bar was a top place to have a relaxed lunch or dinner. Remarkable cocktails. And the gym was excellent, well maintained with quality equipment. Loved Chatrium Sathon and we fully intend to come back some time.
