  Hotel is in good condition with clean modern rooms. Everything is very nice. The hotel is very close to one of the river bus stops, and there is plenty to see in the area. Staff were smartly dressed and friendly, and negotiated an extra half day stay. The rooftop infinity pool is lovely with a pool bar offering free starters with 2 cocktails. I would definitely stay again.

  I really enjoyed my stay at Chillax. Upon entering the hotel I was greeted with a Sawadee from the hotel staff. These were some the most friendly and inviting staff I have ever encountered. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled great. The Shower pressure was great. The bed was very comfortable. Disclaimer, I love balconies, but my room did not have one. Still I thoroughly enjoyed my room. I didn't venture to the pool, but I did take advantage of the what I consider a 5 star restaurant located inside. The breakfast was a mixture of pastries, fresh fruit, veggies, cereal and made to order specialties all for 299 baht. This was my first time staying in Bangkok so the location of the Chillax provided me a soft landing where everything I needed was within walking distance. I loved the blend of local and chain vendors located on the street I was on. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Chillax for making my stay comfortable and exceptional.

  Loved this hotel in Bangkok! The hotel was stunning and immaculately clean. Each time we left or came in the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The jacuzzi bath tub and rooftop pool were amazing! It’s also in perfect distance from everything in Bangkok. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  Very rude receptionist Satang. Satang just said no to everything, and very terse in her replies. Other Thai hotels were great, really friendly staff doing whatever they can to help, but Satang was just plain rude. We asked about the possibility of a late check-out because we have a late flight and she told us we'd need to pay for a full extra night - unlike every other hotel I've ever stayed at. Expected to pay something, but not the entire night. Guaranteed they'd sell the room at full price to someone else who came in late. A very unhelpful and greedy policy! In all honesty I'm not sure if this is their policy, but suspect Satang was just being nasty to us. Satang was just contrary and rude from the first moment we sat down, so it spoiled the experience. I tried to organise the late checkout when we first booked, but they replied saying we'd have to ask at check-in. Well that went well! Satang obviously been in the job far too long and doesn't really care about the customer service anymore. Time for a change to a more respectful and polite staff maybe?
