Dr Nam herself was excellent. She was able to tell me a great deal about my lifestyle and diet simply from reading my pulse, which was genuinely impressive. I had acupuncture and cupping for an hour, and I noticed an immediate improvement in my bloating as well as the tightness in my right shoulder. The treatments themselves are effective, and I would recommend visiting — but I would strongly suggest insisting on being treated directly by Dr Nam. Unfortunately, my experience was let down by her team. While I was lying face down with needles inserted, staff members entered the room and spoke amongst themselves while cleaning the cups that had just been removed from my body. They did not explain what they were doing. It felt unprofessional and disruptive during what should have been a calm, restorative treatment. The treatment room also felt quite cluttered. Most concerning, the staff member responsible for removing my needles (while Dr Nam attended to other patients) left three needles in me — one on my hip, one on my face, and another in my hair. She had checked me over, but when I sat up, the remaining needles were still there. She apologised briefly and left the room. This was disappointing and made me question the level of care and attention from the supporting staff.

Dr. Nam is a caring and highly knowledgeable medical professional with extensive experience in acupuncture and cupping. She and her team consistently go above and beyond to help their patients. It’s also a big plus that she speaks excellent English. I highly recommend her and her clinic.

Such an amazing experience I’m still amazed by the results There is truly a before and after for my body since coming here. I was lucky enough to have two sessions of acupuncture and cupping, and the effects were incredible. The staff are all so kind, caring, and welcoming. The doctor is absolutely wonderful very attentive, accurate in her diagnosis, and she understood my symptoms immediately. I already felt changes after the first session, and the second one was even more powerful. I’m honestly still in awe of how much better I felt. She is patient, very knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor, which made me feel completely at ease. I really hope to come back to Bangkok to continue the treatments. I highly, highly recommend this clinic!
