I booked the hotel after reading many reviews, so I knew what to expect. The hotel met my expectations, and I had a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was great and the free shuttle to and from nana station was really helpful after a long day in bangkok's heat, sweat and pollution. There's some things that could be a dealbreaker to some people but I was fine with. As long as you know what the hotel offers, you'll definitely enjoy your stay here! Pros: - Kitchenette - Smoking rooms available - Complimentary water bottles - Shuttle to nana station, the hotel is still at a walkable distance but the shuttle is very helpful - In the middle of soi 11, so many bars, 24 hour restaurants, 24 hour 7-11, taco bell and burger king for people looking for somethimg familiar - Friendly staff Cons: - Cleaning could be better - Noise from soi 11 - didn't bother me but could bother some people - Floors do smell, but that's probably because some rooms allow smoking - No view from room - this can get a little disappointing with longer stays

Absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are exceptionally tidy and well-kept — every evening after a long day out, coming back to a clean, cozy, and comfy bed felt amazing. Service is super quick — anything you order arrives at your door within seconds! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Soi 11, with a free tuk tuk service to Nana BTS which makes getting around so easy. There’s also Moon Restaurant just a 2-minute walk away — delicious food, great prices, total value for money! What I loved most were the spacious rooms, rooftop pool, and the fact that they even have self-service laundry, which really makes it feel like home. Cozy, convenient, and welcoming — I’d happily book this place again a hundred times! 💯✨
