Basic Aparthotel at good location This property is an acceptable mid-range aparthotel that delivers on the basics while being honest about what it is—a no-frills serviced residence perfect for both short stays and extended visits. The property sits tucked away at the end of Soi 8, offering a peaceful retreat from Bangkok's chaos while keeping you close enough to walk to all the action. The rooms feel more like functional apartments than typical hotel rooms, complete with full kitchens that actually work. This isn't a luxury property trying to impress you with marble lobbies or fancy amenities—it's a practical, well-run aparthotel that understands what travelers actually need for comfortable urban living in Bangkok. LOCATION: The location is genuinely one of the property's biggest strengths. Soi 8 is a quiet residential street that runs perpendicular to Sukhumvit Road, which means you're about an 8-10 minute walk from Nana BTS station and the main thoroughfare. While some might see this as a negative, I found it perfect—far enough to escape the noise and congestion but close enough that everything is accessible. The walk down Soi 8 takes you past massage parlors, tailors, restaurants, and a couple of 7-Elevens, so you're never without options. DINE + DRINK: The breakfast includes juice, fruit, toast, and coffee, but don't expect anything spectacular. There's also a bar on the premises, though I didn't spend much time there. ROOM: We stayed in Room 601, which was a 2 BEDROOM apartment, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough to host a big family; VIEW: Random view of the street and cityscape; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: 2 Good sized bathrooms with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good quality toiletries FACILITIES: A very worn-out gym with a basic range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machines that are quite dated! The Pool was no big fancy place either. SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to NU from housekeeping for the wonderful floral decorations in the room, and MARK from the Front office for a very warm welcome HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good!
