Citichic Sukhumvit 13 Bangkok by Compass Hospitality

We’re currently staying at Citichic Hotel Bangkok and had a very pleasant check-in experience. Risa was very welcoming and soft-spoken, which made us feel comfortable right away. She kindly assisted us with an early check-in as our room was already available, which we truly appreciated. We also had a small issue with our room key not working, and she helped us immediately without any hesitation. Thank you, Risa, for the warm hospitality and excellent service so far. It’s been a great start to our stay!

Very nice and freshly renovated hotel. The staff is friendly. Special thanks to the administrator, Risa, who was very helpful and kindly allowed us to store our luggage for the whole day so we could comfortably explore Bangkok before departure. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, with fresh linens and towels. There is also a nice small rooftop pool with towels provided. Highly recommended — great location close to BTS and a 7-Eleven nearby. Everything looks exactly like in the photos.

Thank you to all the helpful, friendly and professional staff of CitiChic Hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay at your hotel for my one week holiday in Bangkok. Everything was very clean. Hot water, air conditioning both worked perfectly. My room was made up every day. I asked for a quiet room in advance and I was provided with exactly that. I highly recommend staying at CitiChic if you want to be reasonably close to the BTS, about a 10 minute walk, and experience the newest, cleanest and friendliest accomodation you could hope for at the price. Very good value for money.
