I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is excellent and very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. Despite that, it was comfortable and well maintained. However, I especially want to give 100% credit to the front desk staff for their outstanding service. I arrived on 28 February at around 6:30 PM to check in. In front of me was a large group of China guests, and I waited patiently behind them. During this time, one of the children from the group was repeatedly throwing a swimming ring up into the air in the lobby and letting it fall freely before picking it up and throwing it again. Unfortunately, the parents ignored the behavior the entire time. While I was checking in, the swimming ring fell and hit one of the front desk staff on the head. Only then did the parent tell the child to stop playing — but there was no apology offered to the staff member. I felt sorry that the front desk staff had to experience this, yet I was truly impressed by their calmness and professionalism. Both staff members remained composed, continued smiling, and maintained an excellent service attitude throughout. This hotel is fortunate to have such dedicated and professional employees. Their service made a strong positive impression on me.

Is a good budget hotel to stay. Location is very good. Can find food, medicine, local food, etc. just about 5 min walk to a MRT station. Very convenient.

The room is very nice and the staff are very polite and friendly. The location while not the best is right near the metro line making it pretty suitable as well. The price was also very affordable for the standard you get.
