Are you visiting Bangkok and want to be in the CBD without the exhorbitant hotel pricing that is commonplace for many of the brandname chains? Do you want more than the typical hotel bedroom and desk that is typical of your average hotel room? If you answered "yes" to these questions, you should consider CNC Residence Serviced Apartments. CNC has many different apartment configurations to meet your needs including 2 beadroom/ 2 bath apartments with full kitchens (w/ washer), a dining room, and livingroom. The rooms can be a bit dated, but are more comfortable and spacious than regular hotel rooms. Other amenities include a restaurant, sauna, gym, and huge swimming pool. With a rear entrance located just off Soi 33, you can quickly be in the thick of all that Bangkok has to offer. There are numerous convenience stores, cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby so food and drink are readily at hand. EM Sphere, Em Quartier, and Emporium are minutes away.

My best experience in Bangkok I staid in the CNC Residence this September, for 3 weeks and a half (September 2nd-September 28th). This is probably the best stay I had in Bangkok (and it makes many years I come every September...), and price was very affordable. Room was big (I should not talk about room, but about apartment, I guess...), and included part of it being a living-room, a big table for dinner, a small kitchen with all you may need, included a washing machine, a micro-wave oven, etc. The sleeping-room itself is big, and so is the bed. It has a little balcony, ideal to let your laundry drying when it is not raining. Bathroom is nice too. Apartment has 2 TV : a big one in the sleeping-room, a small one in the living-room. Staff is very sympathic, and always here in case some help is needed. Residence also has a nice pool on the 6th floor. There is also a parking for those, like me, who like to rent a motorcycle. But BTS stations Phrom Phong and Asok are not far, which is very practical when going in the center for shopping... Many restaurants in the vicinity, of all kind. Anything negative about CNC Residence ? I am still searching... but I can't find !!! My onle hope ? To find accomodation there for my next holidays in Thailand in September 2024, as I really liked the experience !
