Coco Parc

We're just over two weeks into our stay at Coco Parc, and we couldn't be happier. We knew we made the right choice picking this place to be our home in Bangkok. The amenities are well-maintained, and the management is exceptional—it truly feels like we're living in a hotel. The lobby and other common areas are always clean and have a pleasant scent. While we haven't met everyone, the entire team here is awesome, and a few individuals deserve special recognition for their incredible work: TJ, the Duty Manager, and Joe, the Assistant Building Manager, are both friendly and very approachable. TJ, in particular, consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels taken care of. The concierge team—Care, Por, Maew, and their supervisor, Yui—are not only efficient but also great at communicating about everything from mail to maintenance requests. Ya, the tech guy, deserves a special mention for ensuring the facial recognition system always works perfectly. Ohm, the doorman, is always on top of things, proactively bringing deliveries and packages right to our door so we don't have to carry them ourselves. Finally, the maid team is always on time, fast, and efficient, ensuring our room is spotless. This entire team makes living here a joy. It really feels like home, not just a condo. Highly recommended! UPDATE: After seven months of staying here, we’ve decided to leave this beautiful condo — not because of the staff, who are truly helpful and professional, but because of the unit we rented. While the place itself is lovely, the constant sirens (both day and night, but especially disruptive during the unholy hours) and the train noise that passes by every night have seriously affected our sleep. My husband and I haven’t had a proper good night’s sleep for the entire seven months we’ve been here. We raised our concerns with the unit owner, noting that other owners have installed double-glazed windows to help reduce the noise. Unfortunately, the owner of the unit appears to be more concerned about preserving the view than addressing our ability to rest comfortably. As a result, we feel we have no choice but to leave early rather than continue enduring sleepless nights.
