The rooms are very nice but I don’t think I will rent an airbnb here again given we aren’t allowed access to ANY of the amenities. It’s obvious that 90% of the people staying here are tourists, yet tourists aren’t allowed to do anything but go directly to their room and nothing more 🤷🏼‍♂️ Super confusing elevator system every time I get in the elevator it’s me and 4 other tourists all of whom are very confused about how the elevators even work here

This condominium would be nice, but unfortunately, staying there for long-term rent isn’t a great idea, and I strongly advise against it because short-term rentals like Airbnb and similar platforms are allowed. There’s always a lot of people coming and going and a ton of noise, so I strongly advise against it. Plus, Soi Eleven is getting more and more chaotic, and you can hear street noises in the room if you’re not on a high enough floor. The lobby is always full of suitcases and people passing through, a real nightmare.
