I had a wonderful experience staying at The River Condo in Bangkok. The location right along the Chao Phraya River is fantastic—waking up to those river views never gets old, and the sunsets are truly beautiful. Amenities are amazing. The pool and riverside lounge areas are fantastic spots to relax, and the fitness facilities were well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and helpful, quick to respond when needed and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Being close to river transport options and key spots like Asiatique and ICONSIAM made getting around really convenient. Overall, The River Condo offers a great combination of location, comfort, and luxury.

I was there to pickup my tourists, so only comments on the general service, lobby and toilet. You have to know the number of the condo room exactly because there is 2 wings to go, so check for the right one. The condo lobby is cozy and luxury style. Clean toilet back side of the lobby. The staff was kind and at good hospitality. Good ambiance outside with lots of trees hidden in the middle of the town. Calm and peace.

Living here in Tower A north tower is amazing There are many beautiful pools for everyone with gorgeous Bangkok view and Chaophraya river. Walking across the road to Charoennakorn dental clinic 2 for tooth cleaning and whitening is super convenient. We could predict the traffic jam on Taksin bridge at any time of the day by looking out of the window of the building. The security and facility have no doubts. Worth our money that spending for the property and annual facility fee. The mix varieties with all different ages provides the vibrant of this the river village. Awesome condominium

Please beware before purchasing or renting the unit in The River Condominium. The Raimon Land Company will sell you the idea that you’ll be living in a high standard, fully functioning Condominium. With all the fancy facilities they boasted. In reality, they will either sell or rent you a damage unit and ignore you when report the issues. There was a water leakage inside the electrical circuit box, and they acted like it was not their problem, and I should be the one who fix it. Even though I just moved in for almost a month… They have no concern for your safety or your lives. What really matters to Raimon Land Company, is the cash flow. If you have a car and planning to move it, don’t bother. The Saphan Taksin bridge traffic starts at 6:30am, the only way into the city. The main road leading back to the Condo will be blocked by the traffic backup from IconSiam. Other than that, it’s a paradise for retirees. But I would run far away, if not.
