At this price and with facilities like this, there’s no reason not to come here. I highly recommend it to solo travelers, budget-conscious travelers, and those who don’t visit many tourist spots. If I were to list a few minor pros and cons, 1) The washing machine on the first floor costs 30–50 baht, and the dryer is 10 baht per 10 minutes. 2) You can use the pool and gym even after check-out. There are two shower booths inside the restroom next to the gym, so you can shower there too. 3) Even if it takes a bit longer, it’s not bad to take the BTS and go around here and there. 4) There is a small drying rack on the balcony, which is good for drying laundry. 5) The pillows are not too high, which is nice. Hotels usually provide somewhat high ones, which are uncomfortable for me, but this hotel's are relatively low. 6) There’s a microwave in the room, and Big C is near Sapankawi Station, so it’s good for shopping. 7) This hotel is located in a quiet area, so it's good for sleeping. It’s always fully booked, but it seems other guests are quiet as well. 8) The beds are somewhat hard, and they’ve attached two single beds together to make a king-size bed, which is the most inconvenient for me. 9) The access road is a single lane, so drivers often have a hard time.

Location is a bit out of the way with almost 10 minutes walk to Victory monument BTS. Located in a more local area of Sukhumvit with good options for meat eaters and virtually no options for those on a plant based diet. Room was comfortable with a firm western style mattress. We got the "deluxe" room with a balcony but the "view" consisted of another building roughly 2 meters from our balcony, so the balcony and windows were mostly for show. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony and in the rooms and can even result in a fine. The bathroom was comfortable and everything was clean and kept clean throughout our stay by housekeeping. My only complaint on the rooms themselves would be the ceiling lights are very cold and clinical. Staff was kind and helpful. The laundry costs 30 thb (3x10 only) and is self service. Don't forget to pick up detergent from the lobby (5 thb). Rooms were quiet, day and night. We recommend this place if you want a quiet hotel with massage, pool and café on-site. If you want to stay somewhere central and closer to the action, pick a different hotel maybe in Chinatown, Si Lom or Sukhumvit.

Nice hotel! The room was big and clean. We enjoyed the view from the 5th floor. The pool is really nice, especially during the night. The hotel is very well located. It is not far from the BTS and quite close to the commercial centers zone which is convenient for taking the metros or order a taxi. We enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Overall, a good place to stay. The cleanliness could be improved, as some of the bedsheets had stains when we checked in on the first day. The bed was also a bit on the hard side, so not the most comfortable for sleeping. The best things the ground floor massage service was really convenient. We managed to book a session and relax before heading back up to the room to sleep. The swimming pool is also available 24/7, which is a nice bonus and makes the stay more flexible.
