This apartment is amazing albeit it is not equipped with any consumables and we have the bare minimum of kitchen utensils and cookware. The gym and pool are exquisite. Plenty of shade on hot days. Love all of the live walls and work spaces too. There is also a place to pick up any orders.

Honestly one of the most new and amazing buildings in Bangkok, we have come just after earthquake building was super legit and strong. We had duplex apartment on 9 floor, very beautiful view, pool is so awesome and always almost empty. Stuff of the building is very nice, always welcoming. Gym is literally perfect, great space for coworking, rooms for calls and meetings. Area is nice, there was little construction but no noise. Building has water cleaning system and air conditions everywhere, building was designer but talented architects if you are interested in artichecture you’ll definetely like. Also they have zen garden to relax! Honestly 10/10 experience

I stayed here during a visit to Bangkok. The lofts are lovely, and the facilities are decent. It's also conveniently close to many food spots and shopping centers. What really makes this place stand out for me is the fantastic staff! They are 100% amazing—friendly, attentive to detail, and quick to respond to any issues you might have.

A visually stunning building. It feels very fancy and expensive from the moment you enter. Gym is well equipped and the swimming pool seems nice. However, I wouldn’t stay here again for the following reasons: ❌ Soundproofing sucks. Really sucks. Unfortunately the guy in the room next to ours brought a lady friend back to his room and they could be heard talking (amongst other things 😭😭) from 12:30am until 5.45am I could clearly make out their entire conversations because the walls were so thin. You can also hear any time your neighbours go up or down the stairs or walk around. ❌ The bedroom is below the bathroom of the apartment above, so you can clearly hear every time they are in the bathroom and the flushing water sound is very loud right above you. ❌ There is huge road maintenance happening outside (apparently they are building an underground train system?) which means that you have to follow a windy and tight walkway to get to the main areas. It’s not a huge pain, and it wasn’t loud, but it makes the walk longer and as the walkway is a two-way style but can only fit one person at a time, it’s quite inconvenient! ❌ Related to the road maintenance above : This causes huuuuge issues with traffic because it cuts the amount of lanes down, so you have 4 lanes of traffic suddenly merging into 2. This area has heavy traffic generally anyway I’ve heard, but this makes it even worse. Alongside these two main points, we unfortunately couldn’t use the pool because there was unexpected maintenance over our entire stay which meant the pool was closed. It looks nice though 🥺 This also wasn’t an issue for us, but there is a Mosque nearby, so you can hear this around 3.30PM for a while. It can still be heard with the windows closed, but the sound wasn’t loud enough to be an issue for us.

Having lived here for 2️⃣months, I can say the following: Initially, everything looks beautiful, modern, and stylish. Convenient location, delivery room, gym, and rooftop pool, work area, two-level apartment. But. 🥵 It's very hot in the elevators and the waiting area without Air cons. It's impossible to stay there, plus the mosquitoes in the lobby are annoying. 🕌😡 There is a mosque nearby, and you hear the call to prayer five times a day throughout the neighborhood. You wake up at 4:30 in the morning from this annoying singing 🤬 That’s insane. 🪳Cockroaches. Despite the new building, I once found a huge cockroach in my kitchen. Later, similar cockroaches periodically appeared in the hallway by the elevator. 🎺 The sound is loud. Soundproofing needs to be improved. 🏋🏼I liked the gym (7:00-10p.m.) it has a beautiful view from the windows, water bottles and a decent range of equipment. But there is no nearby restroom. I had to go back to my apartment. 💻 The work area is terribly cold 🥶. It's unclear why the room is cooled so much that it makes you prone to getting sick. But the design is very stylish. 🔑 The key card. Sometimes the doors get stuck, and the most inconvenient thing is that you constantly need to swipe the card in the elevator. When you're carrying bags, it's terribly inconvenient. When you're going up from the first floor to your own, it's okay, but when you're going down to the lobby, you need the card again. 🫣There's a café next to the corner that I had to pass by daily, and it smelled of rotten food all over the street. I believe this café ruins the whole area. But it’s not the Conner’s fault. 💰 $1,800 a month for living here seems expensive, considering the drawbacks. The apartments themselves are small, with stairs to the bedroom. I would stay here for a couple of days, but living here for more than a month is uncomfortable.
