The staff that work here are so lovely, you even get a welcome drink that is from a local fruit. The concierge are so knowledgeable I asked them some challenging questions about local train routes. The breakfast is wide in variety and caters to both local, Chinese and western pallets. The only downside is that because the hotel is surrounded on all sides you won't get much of a view but hey it's Bangkok so you'll probably spend most of your time outside of the room. The hotel also has a complimentary tuk tuk to key shopping malls. Easy walk to the park and Chit Lom station.

🇹🇭✨ 4 Days 3 Nights in Bangkok — A Short Escape Well Spent ✨🇹🇭 For this trip, we decided to try staying at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok — and honestly, it turned out to be such a good choice for us. The location is super convenient. Most of the places we wanted to go were still within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy and relaxing (no need to fight traffic all the time 🤭). The bed and pillows were REALLY comfortable — the kind that makes you don’t feel like waking up in the morning. After a full day of walking, coming back to that cozy setup was exactly what we needed. Hospitality was also great; whatever we requested, the team did their best to accommodate us, which made the stay feel extra pleasant. And can we talk about the breakfast? 😍 Every morning we were actually excited to go down for the buffet. Good variety, satisfying, and a perfect way to start the day before heading out again. Another big plus — there’s a 7-Eleven just 1 minute away from the hotel. Super convenient for late-night snacks, drinks, or anything you suddenly need. Definitely a lifesaver during the stay! One thing we really liked — the street outside the hotel is surprisingly clean and quiet. Not the “too quiet until scary” kind, but the peaceful, calm, almost-luxury-street vibe. It gives you that little break from Bangkok’s usual hustle while still being right in the city. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay for a short Bangkok getaway. Definitely a place we wouldn’t mind coming back to again.

Outstanding front desk service – smooth, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming A big thank you to Primrose at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok for such a seamless and pleasant check-in experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear and patient explanations of the room details and hotel facilities. It was a smooth, stress-free process that immediately set a positive tone for our stay. I’d also like to sincerely acknowledge Tikky for thoughtfully checking in on our whereabouts via email after the official check-in hours. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed, and that proactive follow-up was incredibly reassuring and much appreciated. To top it all off, the team went the extra mile by decorating the room for a birthday, which was such a lovely and thoughtful surprise. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared — a gesture that truly made the stay feel special. Overall, the front desk and guest services team demonstrated genuine care, attention to detail, and excellent hospitality. A wonderful first impression and a fantastic start to our stay. Highly appreciated and well done.
